To go back to college, or not, that is the question?

beachlover4 asked: I am a 23 year old who received my AA Degree last December, but am wondering if I should go back to get my Bachelors Degree in Mass Communications. I work as an Assistant Office Engineer/Agtek tech, but don’t really see where I could crawl up the ladder. What should I do?
