Jobs that start at $40,000 with little experience?

I have a Mass Communications degree (eh). My current job is paying me dirt… a crappy $32,000 a year. This is low for the Washington D.C. area btw. And this is my first job out of college. I have been their 2 years now.

I want to switch jobs and start at no less than $40,000. What are some good jobs that will take you in with little experience?

How does one become a writer/editor?

The point is that every time I start thinking about a new job, I focus on editing. I really enjoyed being a writing tutor in college - I loved getting out my red pen (or purple sometimes) and proofing/editing a student’s paper. Actually i had lost my previous 3 yrs, I had completed Intermediate in 2003 from CBSE Board with above 50%. But after intermediate, I unable to continuing my education, due to some problems. Now I am doing a job as Graphic Designer & wanna to make my career in the field. Also wanna to continue my education with job.

If possible also suggest can i do Bachelor Program with master degree to save my lost time.

Please Suggest me what can I do to make bright career.

What type of equipment and or software do I need to make mp3s?

Need intelligence career advice?

What are the criteria for immigrating to Canada?
